ResQTech is an Emergency Response Management System designed to facilitate rapid emergency reporting, real-time communication, and efficient coordination between residents, emergency responders, and local authorities. By registering, you agree to use this system solely for legitimate emergency reporting and response purposes.

2. User Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must not misuse the system for false alarms, pranks, or any malicious purposes.
• You agree to use the system in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• You must report any suspicious activity or system abuse immediately.

3. Data Privacy and Security

• Your personal information, including ID card and face capture data, will be securely stored and used only for verification and emergency response purposes.
• Location data will be collected only when you report an emergency or when you are an active responder.
• We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access.
• Your data may be shared with authorized emergency response agencies (PNP, BFP, RHU, MDRRMO) for emergency coordination purposes.
• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, subject to legal requirements.

4. Emergency Reporting Guidelines

• Only report genuine emergencies that require immediate response from emergency services.
• False or malicious emergency reports may result in account suspension and legal action.
• Provide accurate location information to ensure responders can reach you quickly.
• Follow instructions from emergency responders and system administrators.

5. Prohibited Activities

• Submitting false emergency reports or hoaxes.
• Impersonating emergency responders or authorized personnel.
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the system's security.
• Sharing your account credentials with unauthorized persons.
• Using the system for any commercial or unauthorized purposes.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users or emergency responders.

6. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these terms, engage in prohibited activities, or misuse the system. Account termination may occur without prior notice in cases of serious violations or legal requirements.

7. Limitation of Liability

While ResQTech strives to provide reliable emergency response services, we cannot guarantee immediate response times or system availability at all times. We are not liable for delays, system failures, or any consequences resulting from the use or inability to use the system. Emergency response depends on various factors beyond our control.

8. System Updates and Changes

We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any features of the system at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the system or registered email addresses. Continued use of the system after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Agreement and Acceptance

By checking the agreement checkbox and proceeding with registration, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not proceed with registration and should exit the system.
